I, ____________________________________ agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Art gallery 66. I understand that I must display only artwork I created and be present during the hours of the show. I agree to set up and tear down my booth according to the rules made known to me before the show. By failing to follow these rules I risk being uninvited back to show.
In addition, I hereby release and hold harmless Art Gallery 66 located at 373 N.Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, and all sponsors from any and all liability including, but not limited to, theft, breakage, injury, strike, public enemy or act of God or power greater than human, and to indemnify them for any damages arising from my conduct at the show.
